Taylor Made Estate Blend
Every roasting company has its opinion of the perfect roast for espresso and, of course, we have ours. This blend of coffee was created to develop a rich, full and strong bodied beverage with a thick, golden crema on top. There is a very strong coffee character with no hint of burnt or over roasted flavor found in some espresso coffees. You will find just a hint of sweetness in the taste. The blend also performs well when brewed in a drip coffeemaker.
Taylor Made Estate Blend Decaf
The blend performs well in the espresso machine, as well as the drip coffee maker. The taste is a good coffee character with a hint of sweetness in the aftertaste.
Colombian Supremo "Type Passion"
The best of the best. This coffee is specially screened to visually look bold and beautiful in the finished roast and tastes the way it looks. Bold in character, yet soft on the taste buds. A good coffee for serving with meals in the darker roast profiles and a great morning coffee also.
Guatemalan Antiqua "Bella Carmona"
This coffee is very rich in character with the hint of chocolate and cinnamon that are characteristics of this region's rich volcanic soil and climatic condition. The depth of this coffee in the cup is exceptional. It takes a full Dark Roast and performs very well in the final beverage. An excellent meal accompaniment.
Costa Rican Tarrazu "La Capilla"
This coffee is the most distinctive of the Central American coffee growing region. It is from the most notable growing region in Costa Rica. The rich volcanic soil and the high altitude gives this coffee acidity that most coffees would like to have. This coffee is flavorful and sweet with an exceptional aroma. This coffee performs better in the medium to Dark Roast level and it is a great morning and after dinner beverage.
Honduran
Strictly High Grown Honduran From the highest mountains of Honduras come this exceptional coffee. Extremely smooth with a powerful aroma and distinct flavor.
Sumatra
Mandheling - One of the most full bodied coffees in the world, this coffee is rich and complex, with a deep flavor. Try a full city roast with this one to capture the full, complex character of this coffee.
Colombian Supremo Decaffeinated
The decaffeinated coffee that still tastes like coffee. This coffee handles the decaf process better than most coffees. A full rich coffee character still exists with a pleasant aroma. Obviously an all day and all evening coffee that is great with meals and after. The light and medium roast do not perform as well as the medium dark to French styles.
Ethiopian Decaf
Finally, an intense, strong coffee available in decaffeinated. The rich, strong aroma, combined with the slightly spicy flavor famous to Ethiopian coffees make this an excellent choice for decaffeinated drinkers.
